Google Glass

If you’re active on the social web there is a chance you’ve already heard about this upcoming trend…. “Google Glass”!

For those who think “Google what?!”, keep calm and read on (also recommended for those who already heard about it).

What it is?

This thing called “Google Glass” is not the usual kind of glasses you’re used to.

It’s a piece of the latest hightech in the shape of a pair of glasses.

This pair will change your world.

What can you do with it?

Well, what can’t you do with it?

Let’s start off with the fact you can talk to your glasses, hears you and it will do pretty much whatever you tell it to do.

For example; if you say “Ok glass, take a picture”, it’s 5 MegaPixel camera will take a picture for you, This picture will be the same as what you see, and how you see something at that moment.

This is the same for taking a video, say “Ok glass, record a video” and it will start recording a video with it’s 720p video camera.

The glass in this frame also isn’t just some normal pair of glasses, it’s a screen!

For example; if you say “Google pictures of a fish in the sea”, Google Glass will search for you and show the pictures on the glass.

You can even send or upload live video’s for someone else.

On your glass it can show you the weather, time, GPS etc. etc.

When you’re lost in the middle of nowhere, you can ask your glass to guide you home, and it will show you the way.

It’s possibilities  are endless.

Why it’s cool?

This little thing has a backpack full of stuff in it, and you can wear it all day and everywhere you want.

We all know that moment when you see something really cool and think, if I only had my camera standby… well, now you have!

Or when you have an important meeting somewhere you have never been before and you don’t know how to get there. From now on you’ve got your GPS always with you, and never be late for that important meeting again.
